You will train with Senior Grades and concentrate on defining and refining your self-defence techniques and skills. This includes flowing combinations, face techniques, front-kick techniques and combination pad work.

You've sailed beyond what you thought were your limitations and are ready for new challenges. You're fit and confident to succeed in life and achieve your goals. You want that Black belt and are ready to earn it with your self-defence techniques and kickboxing skills. Now you will flow like water with your combinations, face techniques, front-kick techniques, pre-arranged sparring techniques, sweep techniques, form fighting / synchronised form fighting against consecutive opponents, and combination pad work.
Slow-to medium-paced kickboxing self-defence class for the older generation, to assist with maintaining and increasing wellbeing. These classes concentrate on stretching, with targeted kicks and punches on focus pads and punch bags.

A skills-based fitness class to set you up for the day after the morning school run. These classes are aimed at Mums and Dads seeking to learn simple, effective self-defence, whilst harnessing their inner strength.
